Tim interviewed by Financial Times

An article published in Financial Times indicated that as the US government has become more suspicious about the Chinese talent recruiting programs, the Chinese government has “hushed up” their schemes. As a receiver of the Thousand Talent Plan grant, Tim shared his feeling that his research was not intervened by the government at all, neither did he have to report his progress to any government agencies.
